Terms of Service – E-Sube Proje Takip

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using E-Sube Proje Takip, provided by E-Sube, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

E-Sube Proje Takip is a project and intellectual property management platform that allows authorized users to manage projects, trademarks, patents, copyrights, and related documents. The application integrates with Google Drive for file storage and management.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accounts are created and managed by the system administrator.
Each user is assigned a role that determines their level of access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or other users' data.
Use the application for any purpose other than its intended business functions.
Reverse engineer or decompile the application.
Share your credentials with unauthorized third parties.

5. Google Drive Integration

E-Sube Proje Takip uses Google Drive API to upload, read, and delete files on behalf of authorized users. By using this feature, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The application, its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of E-Sube. Content uploaded by users remains the property of the respective user or organization.

7. Licensing

E-Sube Proje Takip may be licensed to third-party organizations under a separate licensing agreement. Unauthorized distribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

E-Sube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including data loss or service interruption.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Koşulların Kabulü

E-Sube tarafından sağlanan E-Sube Proje Takip'e erişerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarına bağlı olmayı kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen kullanımı derhal durdurunuz.

2. Hizmetin Tanımı

E-Sube Proje Takip; yetkili kullanıcıların projeleri, markaları, patentleri, telif haklarını ve ilgili belgeleri yönetmesine olanak tanıyan bir proje ve fikri mülkiyet yönetim platformudur. Uygulama, dosya depolama ve yönetimi için Google Drive ile entegre çalışır.

3. Kullanıcı Hesapları

Giriş bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumaktan siz sorumlusunuz.
Hesabınızın yetkisiz kullanımını derhal bize bildirmeyi kabul edersiniz.
Hesaplar sistem yöneticisi tarafından oluşturulur ve yönetilir.
Her kullanıcıya erişim düzeyini belirleyen bir rol atanır.

4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

Yasadışı, zararlı veya ihlal niteliğinde içerik yüklemek.
Sisteme veya diğer kullanıcıların verilerine yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak.
Uygulamayı amaçlanan işlevleri dışında kullanmak.
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik veya derlemeye çalışmak.
Giriş bilgilerinizi yetkisiz üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmak.

5. Google Drive Entegrasyonu

E-Sube Proje Takip, yetkili kullanıcılar adına dosyaları yüklemek, okumak ve silmek için Google Drive API'sini kullanır. Bu özelliği kullanarak Google Kullanım Koşulları'nı da kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama, tasarımı, kodu ve içeriği E-Sube'nin fikri mülkiyetidir. Kullanıcılar tarafından yüklenen içerik, ilgili kullanıcı veya kuruluşun mülkiyetinde kalmaktadır.

7. Lisanslama

E-Sube Proje Takip, ayrı bir lisans sözleşmesi kapsamında üçüncü taraf kuruluşlara lisanslanabilir. Yetkisiz dağıtım veya yeniden satış kesinlikle yasaktır.

8. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

E-Sube, veri kaybı veya hizmet kesintisi dahil olmak üzere uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

9. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu Koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Herhangi bir anlaşmazlık, Türkiye mahkemelerinin münhasır yargı yetkisine tabi olacaktır.

10. Koşullardaki Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları istediğimiz zaman değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Değişikliklerin yayınlanmasından sonra kullanımın sürdürülmesi, revize edilen Koşulların kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.
